Julie McCulloch-O’Neill is a fully qualified professional freelance make-up artist with a wealth of experience over the last decade, starting out with Chanel, Lancome and Elizabeth Arden in the late ‘90’s. Then having trained at Manchester’s School Of Make Up with the Principal, when it comes to your special event or Wedding she knows that nothing less than perfect will do. She is a MAC, ILLAMASQUA and BOBBI BROWN Pro.
Covering all aspects of make-up Julie works both locally and nationally. Regularly for Editorial on the red tops, Beauty, Fashion, Photographic (including commercial and Weddings) and also runs her own private bespoke make up lessons in the Prenton studio.
As a former pageant Queen, she also trains girls for everything involved with Beauty pageants (former Clients being Miss Wirral, numerous entrants for Miss England, Miss Galaxy UK and Miss Universe UK ). She now also judges as well.
She also privately teaches aspiring models with make up, deportment, runway and photographic portfolios.
She is also a specialist in Asian Bridal Make-up including the Tikka and Bindi settings along with Mendhi (Henna) application.
Her natural flair and creativity have seen Julie merge into one of the Industry’s most sought after artists. Based on Merseyside Julie works across the UK and will also travel abroad for commissions.
