To secure your wedding date a non-returnable/transferable deposit is required. The amount is 50% of the total cost of all clients, (excluding additional travel expenditure). The deposit will be deducted from the final bill, the balance being due one week prior to the wedding. If a booking is cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to the wedding date no further monies will be due. However, if a cancellation is made 4 weeks before the wedding date a further fee of 25% of the total bill will be charged. Cancellation within 2 weeks or less the full amount becomes payable.
